Enhanced Marketing Solutions® (EMS) has added additional slides to the Marketing Hub, including preliminary marketing plans and budgets for auctions and listings. Each campaign is built on a foundation of proven tactics, ranging from digital advertising and targeted emails to social and direct marketing, and are all designed to maximize exposure and reach the right buyers, delivering great results for sellers and auctioneers alike.
These preliminary marketing plans and budgets were created to ensure every agent and auctioneer has a ready-to-present marketing plan to share as a starting point with your seller. While you present this foundation, you can simultaneously begin the process of working with EMS to build the ideal, tailored plan for that specific property. These base plans are ideal for properties valued at $500,000 - $750,000 for auction listings and up to $999,999 for traditional listings.
How Does It Work?
Marketing Hub: In the template section, use the search bar to type EMS Listing Auction or EMS Listing Traditional, and the applicable document will appear. Full name files for reference:

Select Your Property Type: Each document will include three options: land, residential, and commercial properties.
Copy/Paste: Select the pages you need, then copy and paste them into the listing presentation you’ve created for that specific project.
Customize Budget: If you have additional costs you would like to show the seller, a table is included for you to add/edit as needed.
